Resilient Professional Community
The Resilient Professional Community (RPC) is a career network supporting individuals as they navigate reentry. Founded by Resilience Education alumni, the RPC connects members to specialized courses in business, law, and entrepreneurship, along with mentorship and a growing network of employers and professional partners committed to second chances. Through this community, members gain the relationships, guidance, and opportunities needed to reach their next career milestone and build long-term stability and economic mobility.
Resilience Education (RE)
Resilience Education (RE) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to breaking cycles of incarceration by improving economic mobility for justice-impacted individuals through high-quality business education and post-release support. Through partnerships with correctional facilities, universities, and employers, RE delivers in-prison programs that build critical business and leadership skills while creating a continuum of support that extends beyond release. By combining education, mentorship, and access to professional networks, Resilience Education equips individuals with the social capital and opportunities needed to successfully reenter the workforce and advance in their careers. That continuum of support extends beyond release through the Resilient Professional Community (RPC), a post-release network founded by Resilience Education alumni.
