“Camrett has had many success stories when it comes to second-chance employment. Currently, we have at least two individuals who were previously justice-involved who started with us as temporary-to-hire employees. Through hard work, consistency, and dedication, both have advanced into supervisor and management roles.
We also have an individual who spent 10 years in a state correctional facility and joined Camrett within a year of being released. Today, that individual is approaching 18 years of employment with our company.
Experiences like these reinforce what we believe at our core: when you give someone a genuine opportunity, treat them with dignity, and evaluate them based on their performance—not their past—you create the foundation for a strong, loyal, and high-performing workforce.”
